Fluidised channel conveyors, suitable for transport of all fluidizable powder products can be easily used in all industrial sectors.

They basically consist of a rectangular channel with two compartments separated by a porous insert.

Compressed air is conveyed to the lower channel by means of a fan. The aerated product acquires special flowability features so that large material quantities can be transported with minimum slope of the channel (4+12°).

If the porous insert is properly selected, they can be also used with abrasive products and at high temperatures.

They require a dedusting system for unload in order to remove transport air.
